Before the final four contestants step on the scale at the ranch one last time before the finale, they're all sent home before they take part in a full-length marathon (which is 26.2 miles long). After each one finishes, they get to donate $10,000 to the charity of their choosing. Also taking part in the marathon are last season's finalists (Mike Morelli, Tara Costa & champion Helen Phillips) and Dina Mercado.

FINAL WEIGH-IN AT THE RANCH: As usual, the two contestants with the highest weight loss percentages automatically move on to the finals.

Liz Young: 182 lbs, 16 pounds lost, 8.08%

Amanda Arlauskas: 170 lbs, 16 pounds lost, 8.6%

If Danny Cahill lost at least 25 pounds, he's the first finalist...

Danny: 229 lbs, 59 pounds lost, 20.49%

...BOY, DID HE EVER- HE'S THE FIRST CONTESTANT TO LOSE AT LEAST 200 POUNDS PRIOR TO THE FINALE!!!! To be exact, he's lost 201 lbs to date!

If Rudy Pauls wants to break that record himself, he'll need to lose at least 56 pounds. But he does need to have lost at least 26 to secure his finals berth...

Rudy: 253 lbs, 43 pounds lost, 14.53%

...well, he lost the record, but he's qualified for the finale anyway! As of now, he's lost 189 pounds!!!
