All things come to an end, and Mad Men’s third season finale is tonight: it’s titled Shut the Door. Have a Seat which of course makes you think someone’s going to get fired, but it may mean there are lots of bad news for a lot of the characters, too. The statement “Shut the door. Have a seat” is the workplace equivalent of your meaningful other telling you “we need to talk.” It makes your blood drain from your face.
