Mad Men season finale tonight

All things come to an end, and Mad Men’s third season finale is tonight: it’s titled Shut the Door. Have a Seat which of course makes you think someone’s going to get fired, but it may mean there are lots of bad news for a lot of the characters, too. The statement “Shut the door. Have a seat” is the workplace equivalent of your meaningful other telling you “we need to talk.” It makes your blood drain from your face.

Here’s the video recap of last week’s episode, which featured the JFK assassination:

Mad Men questions:
Why is Mad Men the most deeply written, best-acted, least-clarified television drama on the tube?

Mad Men’s Don Draper effect
