Why is everyone posting colors on facebook Status? Is it Bra colors and Why? Today when I opened my facebook account i see my lady friends posting various colors in there Facebook status. Some have "black", "White", "Blue" and many more colour i found today.

After all this is for Breast Cancel Awarness. So All girl enjoy this Breast Cancel with Bra Color Facebook status i mean by posting their Bra colour in their Facebook status. Yes, all the girls are putting the color of the bra that they're wearing as they're status.

Right girls let's have some fun. write the color of the bra you're wearing right now as your status on facebook and don't tell the boys. They will be wondering what all the girls are doing with colors as their status.

Many are asking the question, why are all my female Facebook friends posting colors on their Facebook status pages tonight? Every time I look at Facebook tonight, there's another color being posted. I have seen the colors range from pink, to red, to black, to purple, to white, to 'nude' Now, I'm not sure that 'nude' is a color, exactly, but it seems to be posted along with all of the other colors.

It turns out that women across the world are posting the color of the bras that they are wearing in their Facebook status in order to raise awareness for breast cancer. What is not clear is where exactly this started, though one theory is that it did so in the Detroit, Michigan area, but in many ways it is the ultimate in viral marketing for a great cause.

While there is no fund raising directly associated with posting your bra color on your Facebook status (at least not yet), it is a fast, free and fun way for women to raise awareness and remind one another to get examined for breast cancer.

This is the latest, and perhaps most powerful, example of ways in which social media marketing is changing the way in which messages are sent and behaviors impacted. One certainly wonders who exactly had the idea for posting bra color on a Facebook status started; whoever came up with the idea may have a difficult time proving it.

There is definitely a great opportunity to use social networks such as Facebook for a greater good than simply allowing our lives to be subject to people to voyuers .

As a male nearing forty years old, I am wondering if perhaps I can start a campaign that will remind men of my age and older to get checked for prostate cancer. I don't know that it is quite as much fun for men to compare underwear color, for example, as it is for women to share their bra color.
