I went to the grocery store, bought it and tried it. The directions is this: Pour the package of frozen frut into blender and then 1 cup of fat-free (skim) milk into the blender...and then blend for 1 to 1 and 1/2 min. to smooth. If you want a thinner smoothie drink then pour an extra 1/2 of milk (so total 1 and 1/2 cups of milk)
Since this is a product review, I am going to give my honest opinion of the froze smoothie. To me it tasted a little bland. I don't like milk based smoothies so to give it a less bland kick, I added haagen daz raspberry sorbet to it and made the smoothie taste a little better.
While it is important to have one full serving of fruit and it has an excellent source of antioxidant vitamin C, Live and active cultures, I think less milk should be added and more sorbet or ice cream should be added. If I made this again, I would not use milk, I would use sorbet or ice cream and maybe some yogurt (where it is less milky).
The good thing about it is, since it is 2010, I have started working out, this is a great addition to my work-out 'diet' meals. Meaning, I can have this either for breakfast or lunch and it fills me up. Plus I am getting my vitamins and it will keep me away from the junk food.
